The Lobster Roll Remix combines globally inspired twists on the iconic Maine lobster roll crafted by some of Maine’s most inventive chefs. From spicy Sichuan to Thai street food, sushi fusion to Mediterranean, each bite reimagines Maine lobster in exciting new ways.
