LRKC is proud to support our local lobstering industry with a variety of dishes inspired by Maine's finest catch:

-Lobster Roll: fresh picked lobster meat, a dash of mayo, served on a butter grilled split top brioche roll

-Lobster Fritter: fine diced claw & knuckle meat, fritter batter, house-made roasted garlic aioli

-Lobster Stuffed Avocado: house pickled vegetables, Louie sauce, hard boiled egg

-Lobster Club Sandwich: toasted sourdough, leaf lettuce, Backyard Farms tomatoes, thick-cut bacon, fresh picked lobster meat, mayo  

-Lobster Scampi: diced heirloom tomatoes, garlic, white wine, capers, butter, lemon
