First course is our Lobster Bruschetta, made fresh with tomato, basil, garlic, and a Maine Lobster Claw served on a buttery grilled crostini using baguettes from Standard Baking.
Second course is a cup of our Lobster Stew. Andy’s Lobster Stew is made with fresh Maine lobster, cream, and butter, with the perfect touch of herbs and sherry.
Third course is our Traditional Maine Lobster Roll served either warm with drawn butter or cool with mayo on a buttery grilled brioche roll.
