The summer five-course tasting menu begin each spring when seeds are planted in our greenhouse and gardens. When cuisine is driven by what’s ripe from the gardens or from local farms and is artfully homemade, each course becomes pure pleasure. For Maine Lobster Week we’re planning a special five course lobster menu, offering guests the freshest ingredients prepared with unique flavor combinations that are sure to delight.

Slate Restaurant is the only Relais & Châteaux Restaurant in Maine.
