Join us for Maine Lobster Week! The Chart Room Restaurant features several dishes featuring locall-caught Maine lobster! Starting with a lobster stew, followed by a crisp house salad topped with fresh-picked Maine lobster. Of course, we would be remiss to forget our lobster roll, with 4oz flavorful lobster salad on a toasted, buttery bun. For entrees, we feature the following: boiled in-shell lobster, lazy lobster sauteed in garlic butter, creamy seafood linguine with lobster added, and a delicious lobster carbonara. Lobster can also be added to several dishes, including our popular Caesar salad and new, pumpkin risotto.
